After the initial consultation, a detailed scope of work is provided, outlining the process and the fees associated with each phase.
Designer for a Day
Designed for clients (in the Okanagan area only) this service is a simple and affordable alternative to clients who are seeking design direction and expertise but are not ready to commit to full-service design. We’ll listen to whatever challenges you are having with the existing space and if you are willing to do some of the work, we’ll provide you with a personalized plan to create a home layered in comfort, style and practical everyday living.
Restoration, Preservation & Adaptive Re-use
We love old buildings and enjoy the challenge of remodelling and rehabilitating structures of all types, sizes and vintages. Our design process always begins with “the story”, whether it’s about the land, the historic culture or the building’s character-defining features.
